Re-Zembl is a free service that’s here to keep you on competitive energy rates down the track, without you needing to lift a finger. Around two months before your contract expiry date we proactively conduct a free energy review to negotiate competitive plans on your behalf amongst our panel of retailers. Based on our findings, we will send our recommendation for your next contract term and ask you to pick your preferred option. There is no obligation to accept and you can choose to opt out of Re-Zembl at any time. Once confirmed, we’ll notify your provider and finalise your new contract. There's nothing more for you to do, we take care of everything else.
