After you've decided to proceed with the rates we've offered, we'll set up a Market Retailer Contract for you. This guarantees that you won't be subject to Default Market Rates, which are typically much higher, throughout the duration of your contract. We'll guide you through the entire process and ensure you have the option to stay on Market rates in the future. Additionally, SME and residential customers won't face any exit fees (unless part of a SME multisite agreement). However, larger commercial businesses may incur exit and termination fees if they are in a contract.
