In some instances, you may find that your reward has been denied. Some reasons why this may have occurred include:
- Your referral did not meet the eligibility criteria. To view in full, click here.
- Your referral was already on a great rate and we didn’t switch them to a new rates.
- Your referral was based in NT, or within an area of TAS, WA or far north Queensland that we are unable to service, or within embedded network.
As a reminder, Zembl currently has plans available in NSW, ACT, SA, VIC, QLD & limited coverage in TAS & WA.
